And what a wonderful year it has been!!

So I'm basically the worst blogger ever! I mean to update it everyday but things just come up, Those of you who are moms out there will understand that! Well Serenthia is as cute as ever! Everyday she just grows and grows. She is now 8 months old, has 4 teeth, and can stand up and walk by holding onto things. Ah I can't believe how fast she is growing up! We got her a new teddy bear and she just loves it! We will walk into the room and she will just be laying there hugging her teddy.

Our pool opened and she is a little fish! We go swimming all the time and she just loves it! Serenthia loves swimming in the pool with her daddy. They just splash and have a grand old time. She loves watching Matt swim under the water and sneak up on her. I'm so glad that our pool is open, gives us a chance to get out of the house and enjoy this wonderful weather! Hopefully I can get some color even though Serry is already darker then i am. :(

This last weekend was our anniversary! I can not explain the love I feel for my wonderful husband! He is the most amazing father/husband I could ever hope for! He does so much for me and the baby, everyday he just comes up with new amazing things to show us how much he love us! My cute hubby planned our anniversary and surprised me with all the plans! We took Serry over to grandmas for the weekend so we could have some time just us! Thanks to my wonderful mommy who watch her! She had so much fun with grandma! It was Such a great weekend full of Four wheeling, Swimming, Chilli's, And lots of other fun things! I loved every minute of it! i couldn't have asked for a better anniversary!



Matt got me the prettiest roses for our anniversary! Those of you that don't know me I love roses! I dry them and keep them for a long time! He also got me The Last Air Bender DVDs and Royal Pains DVDs! I was so excited I get SO bored at home all day and have nothing to watch! I love that my hubby knows me so well that he know just what I want! May seem silly to some of you that I am so excited about series to watch but you have never spent a whole week stuck at home with absolutely nothing to do! We are trying to watch the whole series of The Last Air Bender before the move comes out! I got him tickets to The Last Air Bender movie! It better be good or I will be TICKED!! I also got him a new wallet with pictures of me and Serry in it!

They turned out so good! I was so happy that they ended up turning out so good! What a wonderful weekend it turned out to be! Thank you to my wonderful husband for planning such an amazing weekend!! I am so grateful for everything he does for me! This last year has been the most amazing year full of happiness and love! I cannot wait for all the many years to come, all the wonderful adventures we have ahead of us!

Mothers Day

This last week has been so crazy! I worked at Lagoon for the open national competition. It was really fun to see all my clogging buddies and help out my wonderful teacher at the comp. I ran judge sheets, it was fun but oh boy my feet and back were killing me after 6 hours of doing it! Luckily I have an amazing husband to treat my blistered feet and put ice on my shin splints. Sunday was Mothers Day! What a wonderful mothers day it was. I am so thankful for all the wonderful mothers i have in my life. My mom who is my very best friend and most amazing mom, my wonderful mother-in-law, my sister, and all my grandmas. I the luckiest girl alive to have such a wonderful group of women in my life! I am so thankful for my wonderful family! Who made surd I had the best Mothers Day! I love you all!

About our small little family!

Well i am new to this whole blogging thing so lets see if i can figure it out. My family is small but they bring me so much happiness! Matt and I were married on June 27th. That day was one of the happiest days of my life. When you are walking down the isle towards the one you love, the one you are going to spend the rest of you life with, that is the moment you truly know happiness. Matt is my very best friend he means the world to me. I don't know how i got so lucky to marry such an amazing man! I can't put in words how much I love him. It seems like each day I find a new reason to be more in love with him. That as i held my dads arm and walked down the isle I was walking towards the man that change my life, the one I would trust my heart to, my very best friend, my one true love!

We added a cute addition to our small little Family on October 16th 2009. Serenthia Skye Murray was born at 5:32 am, she weighed 8 pounds 4 ounces, and was 21 Inches long.


Today for the first time I held a little piece of heaven in my arms. You never can truly know love until you sit across the bed watching your husband play with your new baby girl. In that moment you know nothing could be more perfect then this.


Serenthia is 6 and a half months old now. She is getting so big! She can say mommy and daddy, She can scoot around the whole room as close to crawling as she possibly could be. Serry is a daddies girl she loves to play with her dad! Matt is a wonderful father. I love watching him play with baby Serenthia! Serry just had her front 2 bottom teeth pop through. She is a little sore from having them come through but she still manages to smile and be her happy self.

This is our family. This is the joy of my life! I have a wonderful husband and we have a wonderful baby girl! I enjoy each day loving being a mom/wife, hoping I can be as good as a mother as mine was. I am so thankful for my wonderful husband who loves me with all his heart. I may not be some big doctor or lawyer, I may not find a cure that will save millions of people but I hope through my life I will be the best mother/wife and touch those of you who come into my life!
